When he returns to King Hotel on a mission to recover his memory of his mother, he clashes with hardworking employee Cheon Sa-rang whose known to always have a smile on her face. But he lacks common sense when it comes to dating. He’s very charming, good-looking, and smart. He’s the heir to a luxury hotel conglomerate called The King Group and finds himself thrown into an inheritance war. It follows the story of Goo Won, a son from a chaebol family. Additionally, Chun Sung-il is best known as one of the creators of the smash hit zombie series All of Us Are Dead. You might recognize Im Hyun-wook as the director of the Korean melodrama Reflection of You. King the Land is a romantic comedy series directed by Im Hyun-wook from scripts written by Chun Sung-il and Choi Rom.
